"Those London Lights": Late Night Ride, Thurs Dec 4th

Last Saturday night I was on my way home from a conference held at the South Bank. As I came up to Blackfriars bridge I was totally surprised to see a huge pack of cyclists rolling towards me. As they passed me, I realized everyone was on fixies, and I was properly enjoying some of the eye candy. Once the majority of the pack had passed, I managed to grab one guys attention and asked him what the whole thing was about. His reply was simple: It's a fixed gear ride! He glanced down at my back wheel, looked up with a smile, and said: You coming along?

It was the bridge ride, and I tagged along till Battersea, made a few new friends and found out about this site! It was great fun.

So I'll most deffo be there on the 4th! The Polo court is right by my house:)
