Lemond Track Frame

So i saw a Lemond Track Frame in my LBS today, at not too bad a price...$450 Brasilian Reais..about £150
But it seems a bit strange, track ends and track spacing, no drillings for brakes front or rear, all good. But it has 2 bottle cage bosses and a pump peg?
Any ideas?

And it does not look like a Fillmore...quite aggresive geometry, carbon forks, and possibly aluminium.
Wanted to photo it, but it was difficult enough to touch the thing....very protective bike shop owner and slight language barrier!

Fairly modern,like last 2 years, very little wear on track ends! Though bad colour scheme, lime green and white!

well, plenty of frames are designed for winter training and track racing, you'd just put on some drilled forks for the road.

maybe it's something else re-badged
