@TheCrane - because the only people buying lo-pros are time triallists and hipsters. This frame has vertical dropouts so won't attract the hipster market because to convert it to fixed will require either a magic gear (too complex) or an eccentric hub (too uncool).
Time triallists are, even by British cycling standards, notoriously tight so the price is low to tempt them to grudgingly part with their hard earned cash.
well im thinkin about it still, maybe for a roadie. or could maybe even convert the drop outs to track i dont know about it stiil but 70 quid seems to good of an oppurtunity
