not pertaining necessarily to this thread but in general, Ive found over the years and in many cultures, especially supposed civilized western cultures that the art of good manners is well lost, I was raised with impeccable manners and carry that through today- some people might think annoyingly so....:) , I get really brassed off at people who lack manners entirely- and there are so many of them- especially motorists , its just so rude and unnecessary..k, thats all!
