He also is not allowed to use the NHS, and has to pay for education for his children if he eventually has any, .........etc etc etc.

Taxes allow benefits in Britain, and if he doesn't pay them, he forfeits those benefits.

He's multi-millionaire now - he doesn't NEED the NHS, but he reaped the benefits beforehand.
