Colnago Nouvo Mexico

ok, so i've just got my hands on a nice, late 80s colnago nouvo mexico frame. but can't seem to find much info what distinguishes a nuovo mexico from a standard mexico. i know the esa mexico had a hexagonal toptube. but that's about it.

anyone able to shed some light on this?
