I remember eating something (bizarrely) called a 'Jimmy Carter Special' in a restaurant when I was a kid. Was basically cheese on toast but with peanut butter on the toast, then slices of apple, then cheese on top. Sounds bad but tastes good!
(Looking back, whatever restaurant it was had a bit of a fucking nerve serving that though!!)
