If you're looking for something to pull on I'd be tempted to say risers.
But if you want something that doesn't force you in to too much of an upright position I'd say go for the bullhorns as you have the benefits of a flat bar but at the same time using the horns would put you in a much lower position than risers would.
Saying that the pursuit bars (last pic) give you a plethora of positions.
The best thing you can do is ask pop down to one of the drinks, meet some peeps and ask around and take a look and if you ask really nicely someone might let you have try riding different styles. You can be shown pictures and opinions forever but with out tryin first hand you won't know what really suits you. Search the classifieds and see if you can pick up a selection on the cheap.
