regarding conversations on security / police - i looked on the net for something on the legal right to congregate and i cannot see anything that prohibits us meeting so we are fine to meet and they shouldn't be able to do anything to stop us
the best thing i could find was a page on road protesting which states:
There is no requirement to give advance notice of an assembly or meeting, but if you do give advance notice, or the police suspect that an assembly will take place in connection with the procession, they may impose conditions on the assembly, such as restricting the place, duration and number of participants. They can also impose conditions on a procession or assembly on the spot. For legal purposes a "public assembly" means an assembly of 20 or more persons in a public place which is wholly or partly open to the air: POA section 16.
If you deliberately fail to comply with any directions given by the police you are almost certainly committing an offence.
we also need to not "breach of the peace" which apparently is poorly defined so they often use it.
apparently there is also a special exemptions for those from shoreditch on pink bikes, deep-v's aerospoke & skinny jeans - they are allowed to be as pissed as they want whereas everyone else has to be dead sober while riding.

i dont see the comparison?
i came here to learn about ss bikes, and gain knowledge in order to make a purchase and build one.
i dont want to be associated with the hipster/hypebeast element which for me is all style and no substance, i like to ride just like i like to skate and board...although there's a part of me (isnt there everyone) that wants hypebeast parts/things.jeez!
