Most OTP come with crap tyres, not necessarily crap enough to bin, just really lo-end. If your commuting you'll probably appreciate the ride and you'll get from their replacements.
Your pedal action, how you sit and move will all change a lot as you get used to a totally different kind of bike. Until then no need to bin the saddle.
