seriously man, don't 'take this guy to the cleaners' if it was an accident. when i was hit by a car and broke my first bmx frame i figured the guy was so shook up he didn't need any more punishment. At the most ask for him to buy you a new frame and rear wheel (get you bike running again) but further than that is pretty unnessecary imo. Having said that, this sucks and my first frame was shit so maybe that's why i wasn't pissed off. Losing any nice bike is a fucking pain, just saying the world does not need one more law suit.
