That's very nasty looking. Make sure you get your GP to check you over thoroughly. I had a crash, with a pedestrian who stepped out from behind a transit van, years ago and didn't bother getting checked out. I regret it now as I've still got restricted movement in my right shoulder (which took the brunt of the impact).
