Half way home from Soho I was coming up to the lights at Earls Court Road while heading west on High street Ken and having gone round the right hand side of a stationary car waiting to turn left, I filter along in the middle of the empty lane in front of he car, next thing I know, BANG! I hear scraping metal and find myself heading toward the floor.
When I pick myself up a look back to see a guy on a 125cc/250cc scooter with his front wheel jammed into and no on top of my back wheel.
So I got his name, address, insurer, Reg Plate and filled all the forms out with the Police at lunchtime today. Going to see my GP tomorrow to check out my shoulder/neck that feels a bit tender.
Does anyone have any tips for how to approach the insurers in order to get money for bike and maybe some injury money, this is the first time an attacker has stopped so a complete novice.
I finally got hit last night.
