Much good advice enabled me to do a seven-second trackstand at the end, from very limited fixed riding experience, to be improved. For me, that's not so much a matter of trickstery but of essential bike handling skill. I have to learn that first!
Some of the tricks that people were doing reminded me of a sport that's practised in Germany, as I mentioned to Jim last night. I've started a separate thread about it here:
