i just hope he's banned from bicycle shops, bicycle racks and other bicycle-related places. won't somebody think of the innocent young victims of his perversion? this man is JUST NOT SAFE to leave unsupervised around reynolds 531. would you feel safe at night, knowing he lives in your neighbourhood and is grooming your bob jackson?
