haven't had time to process everything from last week, but I have managed to put a few trixiedix images up here. Shots 1 & 2 are from last week.
I can't do tonight, sorry, have dinner plans. I'll possibly pop in for 5 mins en-route home as I have to drop a few things off with a couple of people.

its true skidding on the roof is not so easy.. last week i was managing backward pedaling skids up there. sad i wasnt there this week. my tyre got a smoking, i found little bits of burnt rubber on my rim.

Enjoyed my first visit to Trix last night tho twas a shame to miss Mr PJS. Also, the general standard of tricks seemed to be somewhat higher than the thread intro led me to believe! Not complaining tho, it was great to watch.

Was a good one last night. High lights were of course Mr Super Ted and his crazy circus wheelies and seeing about 15 people trying to ride their bikes backwards whilst sitting on the handle bars! I was very happy with getting half bar spins sorted (bastard brake!). I'm going to bring a 650 with me next time so I can join in with the bar spin fun.
Pajamas, I hope your knee is feeling better today? It would be good to see you if your out and about.

Was Ted the guy with the handlebar moustache ? because that guy was throwing down some coooooool moves, and we chatted briefly about how we both have a messed up shoulder from bmxing haha.

I had a good time last night, thanks to everyone who helped--didn't get all your names!
Much good advice enabled me to do a seven-second trackstand at the end, from very limited fixed riding experience, to be improved. For me, that's not so much a matter of trickstery but of essential bike handling skill. I have to learn that first!
Some of the tricks that people were doing reminded me of a sport that's practised in Germany, as I mentioned to Jim last night. I've started a separate thread about it here:
http://www.londonfgss.com/thread12703.html
I hope this isn't a repost, but I searched quite a lot and couldn't seem to find any reference to it.
Thats a shame, Pajamas. I thought | hadnt seen you in a while. I hope you heal up fast.
Mackenzoid - very much looking forward to seeing you, lovely lady
