You've got so many more options than me... and I wing it.
Learn three or four routes well, and then vary them according to mood, weather conditions, traffic, speed, etc.
I head in from Kew Bridge and flip between heading towards Shepherds Bush & the North of Hyde Park or heading to High St Kensington and the South of Hyde Park.
Now your route has several permutations, and so what I'd do is try them all, and then once you've learned them choose when you leave the house, or when you have to take a turning. And just wing it according to how you feel. You'll find that most of the time you use one route, and occasionally will go a more fun or difficult one.
And Richmond Park first thing... you'll hate that hill, and the park will give you no protection from the weather... but in the summer that will be heavenly.
