sorry to hear this stelle.
I will have a rear on-one on mavic open sport, it's slightly dished at the moment cos it was spaced for funny cranks. just need to centre it up on the stand.
depends how desperate you are, as I wasn't planning on floggin it until I built a new front, when I would have the other front for sale too (shimano deore on mavic open sport) end of next week

this fucking sucks. Bad luck stelle. I've got a (very) cheap but unused 16T you can have for nothing...
will drop by polo about 4pm tomorrow, or sms me (in the numbers thread)

Thanks for the sympathy vote guys. Wayne I may indeed be interested in buying one of your sprockets, need to try to work out what size I had...
I popped in to Roberto's today and bought rims and hubs to build new wheels so looking forward to new wheels soon. (thanks though RPM) -

sorry to hear this stelle. you need to borrow a rear wheel whilst getting yours built then you can snaffle the one off my polo bike. the front wheel on it is fucked though. it got the stelle treatment the last time i played ;)

And I have a front wheel you can borrow while waiting for the new ones to be built. Nothing special (ambrosio to ambrosio), but it'll work for now (no tape, tube or tyre though! Although I've got some tatty tyres you can use.. It's only a front).

I've got some lightly used light blue/black Michelin ProRace tyres you could have, if you want. They used to be the summer tyre on my only geared bike, but only really did one summer, and then I got a 'summer bike' :)
Gathering dust, but plenty of life left, and always a favourite in the clincher peloton.

My frame is being painted, so you're welcome to my Paul hubs (rear has 16 cog) on Mavic cxp 33's for a month loan.
Not trains, but my wheels. Both of them, last night, Kingsland Road in London's ever-so-charming east London. I know it's so predictable but it's still irritating and my faith in human nature is always surprised at how shitty people can be. I was taking it in my stride until the bus driver wouldn't let me onto the bus home with my frame. WAC. He said it was illegal and dangerous. (?!)
The wheels aren't flashy or worth anything more than sentimental value (On-One hubs laced to Mavic Open Pros, fixed-fixed, 16T and 21T sprockets) and as anyone who has met me will attest, they've taken a fair old beating. Yellow Rubino on the front, Gatorskin on the back.
Anywaym I feel lucky to still have the rest of my bike! Wierdly they didn't even take my clip-on mudguard. And I can't understand how anyone could resist the roses in my saddle.
Anyone got any wheels/sprockets for sale? x
