my advice:
if you really want this bike back:
set up ebay searches to email you every day for monoc, track bike, fixie
scour gumtree every day (london, brighton, bristol, etc)
don't go down brick lane for a couple of weeks, send your mates
alternatively, suck it up, chalk this one up to experience, get a new bike.
