Managed to get out to Ascot and back after the session. Total of just over 90 miles. Only one puncture about 8 miles from home. Jumped into the bath to find that wife and daughter had ensured it was tepid (how long do women have to shower for?) and then, very pleasantly, the wife had booked me a massage. Feel almost human now and ready to go again tomorrow.
RPM, thanks for a well organised session and for all the advice and encouragement.
The rest of you, thanks, good to meet you and ride with you. Doubletap, my time will come!
