  • New bike setup.. how much riding have you done on it?
If you've gone out hard on a completely different setup you will find new bits hurting.
Unless you've already got a good setup written down then I would tend to start from scratch with things like cleats in a neutral central position, saddle height you can get roughly by checking your knee bend when the pedal is at bottom dead centre - your knee should be slightly bent, say 5deg.
Saddle fore/aft - can you measure from the old bike? Some shops still use KOPS (knee over pedal spindle) which involves dropping a plumb bob from the little pointy-outty bit below your knee and having it centred over the pedal axle. I used to do this by feel and now I have a cyclefit for it. You could try saddle tip 5-7cm back from the BB centre and work from there.
Other than that, make single adjustments between each ride and concentrate on your position and what is hurting or what feels wrong. Keep tweaking individual settings as you go - don't adjust 4 different things at once since you'll never narrow it down!

Some articles calcs I've found useful..
