As the title says really! I am experiencing quad pain whilst I am riding. I am riding a new bike and it is totally set-up different from my other ride. I thought I had set-up the bike up as comfy as I can, but obviously I haven't. I have also got new cycling shoes, so I guess this hasn't helped. The pain is running down the side of my left quad and it feels like my leg is weak too. I have tried adjusting saddle height, fore and aft, cleat placement and postioning. Any advice would be appreciated.
