got a 7yr old 17" g4 1GHz powerbook which slowed down the last couple of mths. after reading this, i bought a 1Gig memory off that site. installed it last night....vvrrroooommm! noticeable diff. it's like a new computer! looking forward to another 6 months. thanks guys.

need some extra storage now. the tiny 60Gb HD is close to max capacity :(
