bad news scott.... have you considered getting those inversion tables ?
they stretch your spine and really work wonders with things like ruptured/slip disk or a trapped nerve.
i have one at home and i just hang upside down and let my back stretch itself when i get back pain, although my back pain is clearly not as bad as yours.
