As the headset, seatpost, hubs etc.. are silver, you could go for silver if you want to highlight the lugs while keeping it clean looking.
Thats what I have and I really like it.
Although you could'nt accuse my bike of being clean looking. -

seeing as where on the topic, other than big bris's bike, what color combinations go well?
i was bored once and lined my gloss black bike with electric blue nail polish, it looked ace. with that said almost any color works with black.
