Browsing through this month's Cycling Plus magazine (yes, I subscribe - feel free to throw stuff at me) and what should jump out at me but the word fakenger used to described 'cool fixie riders'.
I believe that the term was invented over on MT to describe the denizens of this here forum - bask in fame my friends, enjoy your time in the media glare.
Oh and also, a few pages later on there was a photo of an eleven year old doing a no-hand trackstand in the Newport velodrome. On flats, with trainers on. Respect.
