This belongs to a good friend of mine called Steven, and it is a beautiful bike. It has a good home and a loving owner.

Having looked at the "post your bikes" thread, I think I can state with some authority that I spotted Steamroller last Thursday on the platform of Bath station.
I was stood behind you with my roadbike (black w/ red rims). I thought you might have been off here, but I didn't want to butt in to your conversation with your mate with the old "Are you that bloke off the forum?" chat!
Next time I see you I'll say "hi"!
Hello!
Strangely the same thought went through my mind when I saw you stood there... then I saw the gears and thought better of it!
Did you get on the next train? Gets a bit mental at 6pm on the platform.

Yeah - I wasn't in a hurry and I didn't fancy the bunfight!
See you around, dude.

How, neighbours. I've been lurking around this site for a while now, like a bit of a rapey sweat merchant, but now I will reveal myself to you, you lucky, lucky people you. Sorry for hijacking the thread, but cos I'm new to the site, it won't let me start my own one.
I live in Yogurtsville, Montpelier. I ride an old blue converted Dawes with some uber-metrosexual pink grips yancopad. Are there any rides planned soon? And where's the loo around here?
Cheersy bye,
Cooper -

if you book them, they will come... maybe. bristol folk are notoriously hard to motivate it seems.

Are any of you coming down to Mud Dock tomorrow night?

i'm coming casp, as is:
aidy, pete, most of the cheesy riders (bristol MTB posse), and several others. so i'd say there will be at least 11 people there.
-

spotted some dude ive seen at hardcore gigs at the croft going up and down stokes croft yesterday evening, he then turned off into picton street/st pauls.
couldnt really get a look at the bike but the guy looked pretty scene, had some wierd blong straightened hair
sorry if ive insulted anyone -
• #95
I had about 81" on mine for a couple of years. I only ever rode between Whitechapel and Clerkenwell though, flat as a pancake.
81" in Bristol will kill both knees in under a year I reckon. What about 51"?
-
• #96
nah, i rode 81 for over a year in bristol. you get used to it, you either blast hills or mosey up real slow watching the world go by.
-
• #97
what is blong hair?
-
• #98
I rode up park street once about 7 years ago on 81" fixed it wasn't very nice.
There was nobody to spot me back then.
