  • Do you want to put discs on for Polo, or just for image? If its the later dont bother - proper disc/aero wheels are designed to minimise the effects of crosswinds, where as cutouts you stick on your wheels act like a fuck off sail.

    I have a Hed Rear Disc, and Zipp Aero front, and it is not too bad at all, however i have ridden several bikes with disc covers, and you notice the affect of the wind much more than on proper aero wheels.

    Also if its for looks alone, you need to go for the real deal, as quite frankly on anything but a polo bike where they lend the bikes a mad max apocolyptic sort of charm, the covers look like shit, like when a chav sticks a GTI sign on the back of their one litre shopping trolley.
