Welcome

up till a few months ago you would not get me out of a car and I did not understand cyclists or cycling. A friend gave me an old Trek navigator to try out commuting and wow a few months down the road I feel superb. Got my employers to install shower facilities and bike stands and now there are 10 of us (total staff 200 at my site). Now I am hooked on cycling and want to graduate on to fg.

Thought I would share how this wave is spreading.
