Thanks mate - Amalia (my friend) was over the moon, couldn't believe how different it felt. I actually cycled it home before doing the work and couldn't believe she rode it every day - front wheel bent, scraping the mudguards and brake; back wheel properly buckled so it felt like you were on a small horse; bottom bracket bearing grinding with lack of grease. She bought me a drawerful of Green and Blacks chocolate to say thanks, which always goes down well with me...
