I bought this week (so far very impressed) a Niterider Minewt. I would recommend this as an all in solution. Easy to mount and charge, 110 measured lumens and 3hr runtime on full. Also has a nice wide beam pattern, great for riding along the tow paths.
The cheap led torches from ebay are good too, if you can find an AA as oppsed to cr123 version.
