Hi everyone!
This Sunday (November 2nd) is the first ride it!
Meet outside GMEX 6pm, ride 6:45 prompt.
We'll be riding down to Withington and stopping off at the Red Lion pub there, then coming back after everyone is socialised enough!
If anyone knows of any bonfires etc that you want to see on the way then let us know!
Wrap up warm and bring lights people!
See you all Sunday!
peace!

Hi
Morgan, 19, studying up at the Uni and living next to Picadilly.
Ride a pretty stock Charge Plug Racer about.I see enough people riding either fixed or ss that I'm going to start screaming "DO A SKID" at them. Hilarious.

dont be offended if someone yells fakenger at you
i yelled "do a wheelie" to one of the london fg kids... the attempted look of derision was... hilarious
-
• #42
I'll happily take a yell of fakenger, it's pretty accurate. I saw someone up here with a sticker saying fakenger on there forks, which was pretty rad.

FAKENGER!!!
;)
i am offically allowed to do this, its in my ex-enger contract
-
• #44
You can accuse all you wish, until the day comes when I buy a radio to strap to my bag, I won't consider myself a fakenger. And I ain't never doing that.

welcome kingcutter!!!
please ignore the above dissing towards mechamorgan. he's a fakenger (by his own admission) and should know his place...

Come along on Sunday Kingcutter! G-mex at 6, it'll be good fun I think!
I am the perfect fakenger punching bag, bring it on! -

Jesus...... I look at the same forums every day: Gen, B&B, M&F, never thought to look in the social bit.... seeing that I'm not that social.......but trying to work on that ;-)
I'm in Stretford and learnt all I know about fixeds - and actually got most of the bits from craignasty when he was at HHs.
Since going down this minimal route I haven't touched my geared bikes since, which is a bit sad but saves on a heap of cleaning!

nes...go go whalley ranger!
this is me and Pan, currently off the road whilst I build some wheels over xmas hols...
this is what i'm riding at the mo though...
Oh and I made the Fakenger stickers if anyone wants one.
Nasty once called me a dissenger (as i had a go at being a messenger and I thought it was SHITE- no not too much hard work just a bit boring, the pay was shite, the gut i was working for wasn't a great boss and the office girls were well rude, not in a good way. I'm sure it can be a great job if those factors are taken away. Think I just had this idealised impression of what it would be...)
...but I didn't know enough of them to make some stickers up..however i do know enough hipsters so if you want a hipster sticker let me know...x x x x
