He was all winter clothed up... Would it have been you? Didn't think you were from this way? I know you have that sort of bike, colourwise anyway.
Kinda seemed like he had maybe dreads or tied up longish black hair that looked like dreads from being tied up. but i literally saw him in the reflection of Halfords' window and turnt around and he was half way down the road.
