• I had one almost identical to this- same size, but mine was (almost) red, same seized stem.

    I turned it upside down, sprayed motorbike chain lube into the fork crown so it soaked the stem/fork interface and left it overnight.

    Next day turned it the right way up, block of wood on the stem, BIG hammer, no more seized stem.

    One hell of a lot of rust on the stem when I pulled it out.

    Needs an inverse shim for most modern seatposts also.
