Chris, I don't think oiling the petals will do anything, because the flowers aren't directly connected to the drivetrain.
Regarding the ATACs, it's worth putting a drop of oil on either side of each rubber washer that sits between the pedal body and axle. Just squeeze them so you get a little gap, put one drop of oil in, and rotate. Those rubber bits sometimes develop a squeak after wet/mucky rides.
