it also says that they did try to get out of it but with a bit of persistence they eventually agreed. They tried to make him pay for the shipping back to BJ when obviously it shouldnt have been shipped in that state to begin with. I could bullet point the points his review for you if you like. would that make things better? and give you your oh so precious 3 mins back?
