You forgot to add to your death list the producers who make these programmes and the commissioning editors who commission them. And the newspaper editors who print articles about them, the 'news' programmes that report on them, the people who watch them and place their votes, etc etc etc.
Still, it's easier than thinking about the people who really deserve our attention and hatred.
