It means Australian Questionable(I think?) Inferiority

Basically means when people talk like a twat by raising the tone of the last word of a sentence - almost like a question. It's 'sitting on the fence' as they talk neither positively or negatively, tends to happen a lot with posh teenage girls and American birds too
REALLY, REALLY annoying!
A kind of modern accent that has just come from nowhere

I think I prefer this definition to the real one :)
