MKS Toe clips

I am about to buy some MKS clips, but I'm not sure what size to get. I have size 8-9 feet, so what would be best, small or medium?

I've just got a pair of mediums and I wear size 8 1/2 to 9.

Seem to be a pretty good fit but as they're my first clips I've got nowt to compare them too.

Well my feet are a size smaller, and the mediums are fine if I'm wearing trainers, but I had to get the large size for when I'm wearing proper shoes with clips

I had a bit of a clip size problem because i'm always wearing different shoes.
Large clips seemed to be fine with my skate shoes, but any other shoe the clip was too big, ive recently settled for mediums...as the happy medium!
Also, if your breaking with your feet, dont buy the alloy clips,i just managed to snap one off my pedal whilst skip stopping!
