I recently found an old bike in a skip, it was a mess, the rear wheel was destroyed and the bike looked like it had been hand painted etc, so i brought it home, stripped it down and decided what parts to keep. now im left with a frame, some bullhorn bars, cranks and a damaged san marco rolls seat.
im starting my new job soon so i will have a steady income, i really want to build a bike up using what ive found and then new parts i have researched. i have already de-greased, cleaned and started to sand the frame down and i am going to go for a white paint job on the frame, maybe forks, rims and seat, with the detailing on the frame being black.
Building the bike aside i also want to buy a cheap bike to get used to fixed wheel, i am going to spend all of my first pay on a bike and i originally wanted a chrage plug but i am now thinking of a fuji track bike, i just wanted to get everyones opinions on cheap fixed wheel bikes and whats best for around £300-£400 and maybe a little bit more.

oh and i dont know what make the frame is and its doing my head in, so when i finally take a picture of the frame everyone can guess what it is for me.
