fi xie - it's actually the Italian version of the word pronounced Fi-Zie. This is where the popular club song lyrics "Fi-Zie-cally fit, Fi-Zie-cally fit, Fi-Zie-cally Fi-Zie-cally Fi-Zie-cally fit" come from as one becomes fitter riding the more zen-like Fi Xie.
