People riding without brakes are a deplorable menace. They may well be able to get from Wembley to Blackheath in 4 minutes but at what cost? This is just another indicator of the declining moral fibre of this great nation's great capital city. Falling house prices teenage pregnancy hop hop music and now people speeding through town on pink bikes.
