this can be avoided if you assumed every vehicle is driven poorly, i.e. assumed that any car will turn left or right, even if it not indicating.
In this case, you can simply learn to assumed that the car ahead will turn left onto your path, even if it not going to.
unfortunately i did,
i moved myself out of the bus lane on and into the traffic,
this failed to be any good to me today.
chased after him, but was defeated by a red at elephant roundabout.
there was a bus stop with some people there and a cyclist behind me but i guess none of them were feeling helpful
guess i'll put it down to experience
and maybe step up the protection from this

You could call the police and get them to look at the CCTV footage... I think the majority of the old kent road is covered. With description of the car and exact time they should be able to at least accertain the reg and tell you if they are willing to press charges with the info you've got.

conversley, drunk trying to fit through a gap i took off a minicabs rearvison mirror, thougth i'd broke my hand... he asked me for details??? needless to say i was completely honest...
isn't that the one stuck up in the middle of the windscreen between the driver and the passenger seat ?
