You may have heard of Cycle Speedway, you may have heard of Archie Wilkinson who sell frames & complete bikes.
I had a look at their frames recently they are pretty good, and only £70 brand new!
Or £100 with a straight bladed fork. - For the steel. Or £199 for an aluminum frameset, which are very nice and in a wide range of colours.
Here is a picture of the standard large size speedway frame built up as a road bike. Makes for a nice bike I must say. The forks pictured are raked ones which are not yet available (but can be with demand), the speedway ones are straighter and make for very tight clearance. The BB height is 290 with 700x23 wheel & tyres, which makes it very suitable as a fixed wheel bike.
