I'm pretty sure I spotted this tonight. I was cycling down the Walworth Road at about 1910 and saw a group of young lads close to the Argos store. One of them was sat on a bike which looked remarkably like this.

I only realised it might be yours a couple of minutes later and when I went back they'd gone (not sure what I'd have done if they'd still been there mind!)

Hey Andy, I'm almost glad they had gone, i'm a burly lad and pretty braze but I wouldn't approach a bunch of youths hanging out down there, especially if you go up to them and acuse them of stealing it... best thing to do is stay close and call the rozzers..... hope they get down there in time and let them deal with it.

sorry, i've only just seen this thread. i saw a remarkably similar bike as well tonight in elephant and castle being ridden by a young black kid (about 14??) along the pavement by the bus stops on the east side of the road outside of the shopping centre just south of the northern line exit. it was about 18:55 (i know as i met some friends in the tube station at 19:01) and now, looking at the map, that fits very well with what andyp says.... i thought at the time it looked very odd and that it was possibly nicked, but i'm sorry i didn't know about this otherwise i would have tried to cause a scene :/
