Good choice for 20GN. I have a black one, good all weather saddle and fairly light.

Save your elbows. Use a hacksaw. Mark lines on the outside of the dropout that continue along from existing dropout sides with a sharp point (scriber, or craft knife blade will do) cut just inside them with hacksaw. File to finish.
