Nearly everyone's running track drops by the looks of things.
Mini..Fat fingers & short legs? is that frame a bit larger than ideal?

Still unbuilt ;(
Hi doctor, wondering how my old bike found its way into your hands? I still have the original catalogue page I forgot to give to Alex. Not sure if you are Alex or not? But if you'd like it I could easily post it. You building this up into a fixed? Still running the Sheriff star front? Sorry about all the questions, just keen to see how it turns out.

Not a picture as yet, I need some day light to do it justice. Anyways, in case anyone is interested, I was in Bob Jackson at the weekend and they have all vigorelli sizes ex-stock. They are unpainted but that only takes 2 weeks I think, so no more 8 week wait for an OTP.

Well, after many a stupid question on my part it's finally ready for my ride to work. The handlebars don't compliment the look I know but they are the comfiest bars I've ever used for short, flat out rush-hour runs.
Thanks for the answers to my questions, I'm just sad it's finished - I was getting into the smell of grease all over my hands.

bloody nice frame!

Cheers.... I found the colour scheme to be the hardest part to decide on. I went for gray in the end so it won't show up the road shite so much, I wanted white bit thought I'd be for ever cleaning it and the idea is not to clean it at all..... if possible. i can't believe what a difference a measured-up frame makes. I've been riding for years but none of my geared bikes; even my pride-and-joy 4 y.o Fort feels this comfortable.
As a commuter it may seem OTT but I don't get the time to do 100 milers at weekends anymore so I have to get my fun where I can and flying to work is the easiest way to get my kicks.
I would 100% recommend a trip to BJ in Leeds..... and a heavy dose of the Search button on this site (sprinkled with the odd daft question) to get the bike of your dreams..... once I get the steerer cut to size!

Yep. Mine is a bike I don't expect to ever sell. It's a bike for life.
Your saddle, bars & lever do scream a bit. But that's purely aesthetics. The steerer though... that's unforgivable ;-)
It looks to me like a bike built with a purpose in mind. I bet it's quick.

The reason the steerer is long is because I sent them 3 spacers but they thought on the safe side they'd add a couple in case I'd measured the height from a road bike. I'm gonna take it back in a few weeks to get it sorted.
Yep, I bought this with frame-for-life in mind too. The saddle and bars are for now: commuter racing - no concession to taste, just got to get to that junction first! ...... over time they'll go and at some stage it'll be clean.

Welcome back Mr Icecream
+1 For bravenessTell your girl that she's got a nice bike. But would look even better with some decent handlebars and some grips...oh...IMHO!

Anyone knows where I can get Bob Jackson vinyl transfer/ decals?
The ones on mine are worn and they want to charge me 26 pounds + 75 pounds to do respray and new decals... Crazy.
Not mine.
Sold it last week stripped down.
