HTFU and stop complaining - for the seller to say 60s is a reasonable guess. The logo is consistent with what you see in catalogues going back to the early 50s, and the hub construction matches Nuovo Tipo/Gran Sport hubs of that period.
You should be able to use the same bearings, cones etc as current Pista hubs or you could cannibalise from earlier NR. Also the rear hub will probably build out to give you around 110mm spacing rather than 120mm.
