So Many School Kids In London Take Advantage  Of The Free ZIP Oyster Photocard By Not Respecting The Rules  THEY THINK THAT GETTING A FREE RIDE HOME IS FUNNY WHEN THEY CAUSE DISTRUPTION ON THE UPPER DECK  THIS IS HOW THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE BECAUSE NO BODY TAKES CONTROL THESE DAYS BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARED OF THE CONSIQUENCES
