Why do men always squash me?

Whenever I sit down on the tube I always seem to get two men sitting on either side of me with massive shoulders and they always take up both arm rests with their arms also taking most of my personal space. If you're too big to sit down then don't! I'm tired of being squashed
maybe she should try B.O.?
